Flimsy
I’ve now used three or four of these as they keep breaking at work-do nor recommend for psych floors.
Also the space inside the envelope is too large for a standard ID and My ID often falls out.

The badges can use Avery labels, which is good. You do have to buy the neck lanyards separately.

Gets the job done
This item is a standard clear photo ID badge holder. My current ID badge holder is in derelict condition due to two (2) years of normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, my state issued IDs fell out of the clear badge holder on the first day of usage while sitting in a chair. There is no means of closing the top of the badge, so it is not the best holder if one needs a secure and safe ID holder. The item did not yield my needs or expectations. Would not recommend if one requires safety and security of a state issued ID.

Better Badge Holder IMO
The package contained just the plastic holders, leaving us free to choose our own colorful card stock and thin ribbon. This kind of card holder is a little classier I think than the name badges that stick on your clothes.
