Takes three hours to install
There are NO instructions with this keyboard, so it is very very difficult to install. No measurement, barely any illustratoins to show you how to do it. After three hours of fighting with it, at least it is marginally functional and can hold a keyboard. Doesn't really adjust the way they say it does. Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy

Kensington Under Desk Keyboard Drawer
I have only had it for 2 weeks, but it works well, keeps my keyboard off the desktop and at a good level for my arm comfort and holds my mouse at the same level as the keyboard which is very convenient. Plus, I can leave a pencil or other items on the tray too.

Hope foiled
When I opened the box, I was encouraged by fairly stout drawer slides and mounting hardware. After doing the first assembly step, I flipped it over to attach mounting brackets. The attachment points for the rails were so fragile that they broke. :(

My neck, shoulder and head thanks this drawer!
This was a lifesaver for me! Okay, maybe a bit dramatic but as far as ergonomics go, this drawer really was what I needed for my neck and shoulder pain. Gone are my headaches! It was delivered the day after I ordered, it was so easy to install and it is a quality product. Very happy!

not enough adjustability to lower settings. And the brackets rub on the tray. other than that, its a good large tray.

Brackets too large
The size of the brackets limited the placement of the drawer to only one choice. It's not my first choice, but I've accepted this is what I got.

Very poor quality
I hate to ever be negative about anything, but we had to send this item back. In trying to assemble it, the holes for the screws didn't line up and overall the item was very flimsy.

Money well spent
This Keyboard Tray has literally changed the way I work. I used to have my keyboard on my desk, which in order to avoid back pain or be hunched over, I had to raise my chair higher than necessary which didn't help anyway.

Works great
What a difference the keyboard drawer made to keep my hands and wrist from aching after long sessions at the computer. Also it gave me back precious desk space. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the directions are so bad. At least include some written instructions.

Not quite as big as I had hoped
I have an full size ergonomic keyboard. The track is not quite long enough for it come completely clear of the desk for me to type. There is a small bit of room for the mouse on the side, but not much, so if you need to move a lot, you will not be able to use the platform for both a full size ergonomic keyboard with number pad and a mouse. Love it!
This under-desk key board drawer is perfect. When the drawer is pulled out all the way it has a good, tight fit so it doesn't move when you're typing or just bumping it. It is very roomy to where a larger keyboard w/ mouse fits or a regular size keyboard, wrist rest (included), and mouse fits perfectly! I would absolutely buy again!

bad setup
The item has a bad setup, if you install it even to the edge of your desk the front piece will stick out when you slide it in to close it. If you install it farther back so it wont stick out then it wont slide all the way out and some of your keyboard will be under your desk. The desk we have came with a keyboard tray that was so flimsy it was constantly falling out of its glides and falling off while in use.
