Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Paper came the next day. Great service. We did get out sales tax back and are now set to have our tax exempt status on all future purchases. The sales tax was refunded quite quickly. Thank you. Copy paper is copy paper and this was the size we needed, so it is good.

Deliveries are left at the back door of the store, and we only know about it through the confirmation e-mail. The delivery doesn't ring the doorbell. If possible, could you leave information for deliveries from 9 am.
