place order for chair sale person said 2-3 days it has been 8 days. call to check they said 10-14 days more. canceled and order another chair.

Not Impressed
For the price I paid for it the chair is cheap fabric which will get easily torn. It’s not what I expected! But unfortunately all the good chairs where sold out! The lumbar sticks out to much and is not adjustable! Plus it wobbles on the pedestal !

Someone can not measure
Seat width is 20" not 21" My old chair was 21" and 1" seems to make a big difference in comfort.

Not a true high back chair
Quality of the chair is nice and material is what I was looking for but the comfort is lacking due to this chair is not really a high back chair. I would say this is a medium back.

Executive desk chair
I really like the looks and the feel of this chair. I can touch the floor with flat feet and still sit all the way back to take advantage of the firm back. It really feels good on my back and I feel more comfortable while using the keyboard.

office chair
I needed a chair that was good for my back it is a good chair have only had it a week the real test will be in the spring when we are in our chairs most of the day

Easy to put together
this item matched the others of the same brand and it was very easy to assemble. I had it up in 25 minutes and I'm expecting.

Had three days
The piston malfunctioned and kept the chair in the down position. Could not get it to raise up. Only problem in sending back is that we have to take it apart which is not a big deal except that the piston will not come apart from the base. Not sure what to do about that.
