OK, but not much natural rubber
For maximum stretchability you need more natural rubber in the mix -- recognizable by its translucency and warmer reddish-tan color. Natural rubber is expensive, the amount in commercial products keeps decreasing. However, in this largest of most sizes (5/8th in x 7in), #107 rubber bands for holding big, heavy things together, softer stretchability is less important.
