Staples sent used cartridge
I ordered a single Epson T048 light cyan cartridge and delivery was next day. That was great, but the problem was that the cartridge not only had been opened (Epson packaging ripped open), but the cartridge was USED: the seal on the cartridge was removed, and ink had obviously been used up. I assume someone in the London OH Staples shipping dept found this hilarious, b...

This review is not so much the product but the service from staples representative: i couldn't find this yellow cartridge on the shelf because of course when you need to print one doc and you happen to be out of one ink cartridge that is the one item you can't find at any store and we all know that even if you don't plan on printing any that remotely uses yellow, you HA...

Good ink, and excellent printer, though I wish that the updated printer utility for the Epson Stylus Pro R320 would show the ink levels. And of course I wish the ink prices reflected something closer to the actual cost of the product.
