Staples sent used cartridge
I ordered a single Epson T048 light cyan cartridge and delivery was next day. That was great, but the problem was that the cartridge not only had been opened (Epson packaging ripped open), but the cartridge was USED: the seal on the cartridge was removed, and ink had obviously been used up. Didn't get to use it
All the ink I have bought of that type have been satisfactory. This particular ink did not get used as I purchased a newer printer using different inks.

Epson Stylus Photo R320 printer ink.
I've had this printer for thirteen years and it still works well. I use it for one very specific task and so I don't use much ink. Glad I can still get ink for it.
