magnetic letters
not impressed. Some of the letters were demagnetized and did not stick to the board. Received a replacement set and had six more that were defective. For the price there should have been more letters included in the set.

Felt Board Letters
Some of the letters (those attached by two parts) were so hard to get off that my fingers were almost raw. I had to stop for a while. By the time I had twisted some off, they were bent because it was so hard to get them off. Wish I had brought scissors with me to make it easier. Otherwise, they were what I needed and expected to get.

Need more letters!
Larger assortment of most common letters would be most helpful; also magnetic quality is poor, and letters fall off the board if lightly bumped. Had to stick my own stronger magnets to the back of some of these.
Purchased 2 sets of letters, and still do not have enough.

Low Quality
Please do not get me wrong - I am not an Always-High-End kind of person. I do purchase value-oriented items as well. Having said that, the quality of this product is simply not acceptable. So many magnet pieces do not even stick. Even if they do stick, they barely hold on to the board.

These letters are overly priced for the quality and quanity of the letters. The white color is painted(?) on and it had not even been properly apply. I would not recommend these letters for anyone. You would need at least two sets of letters to be able to put up any message up on the board.
