Black toner cartridge
I ordered a black toner cartridge for my office copier. It was shipped to me, and arrived it in the mail just fine, and it is working well in my copier, too. I shipped back the old toner cartridge in the same box with the good instructions and bar code label from Canon. ~ Mari

Waste of money
There must be something wrong with this cartridge as the print is very faint. I can see others had a similar complaint yet others found the cartridge to be good. Quality control must be lacking at Canon. If these cartridges were inexpensive I wouldn't care but they aren't so I'm not at all happy with my purchase.

The lady who waited on me was fabulous and friendly. She did everything she could to help me with ordering the cartridge for my copier, which you did not have in stock. I received the ordered cartridge in due time and I did not have to pay for the shipping. Every seems to work fine. You keep me going. It is an old machine but we’re keeping it going. I will be on to get another fax machine as that part no longer works. (Do they still make fax machines?) Thanks for timely assistance.

Quality Keeps Working
The Canon printer and laser cartridge provide 100% of my requirements for keeping data. As a member of the Honor Guard at Bakersfield National Cemetery I maintain between 300 to 500 ceremonies per year, a requirement for taxes. Someday I might go for a color printer but I am truly satisfied with my black toner cartridge.
