Waste of money
There must be something wrong with this cartridge as the print is very faint. I can see others had a similar complaint yet others found the cartridge to be good. Quality control must be lacking at Canon. If these cartridges were inexpensive I wouldn't care but they aren't so I'm not at all happy with my purchase.

Canon copier ink cartridge
The lady who waited on me was fabulous and friendly. She did everything she could to help me with ordering the cartridge for my copier which you did not have in stock. I received the ordered cartridge in due time and I did not have to pay for the shipping. The only thing that was a problem was the wait time in line but the lady more than made up for that with her he...

Best!
I tried other off brands and they were no goo! You get what you pay for. My only concern is getting future access to this cartridge before they become obsolete.

Every seems to work fine. You keep me going. It is an old machine but we’re keeping it going. I will be on to get another fax machine as that part no longer works. (Do they still make fax machines?) Thanks for timely assistance.

Black toner cartridge
I ordered a black toner cartridge for my office copier. It was shipped to me and arrived it in the mail just fine and it is working well in my copier too. I shipped back the old toner cartridge in the same box with the good instructions and bar code label from Canon. ~ Mari

I purchased an excellent copier at Staples over 10 yrs ago. The ink cartridge for this copier generally lasts me 4- 5 years. I appreciate that you stock cartridges for this copier.

Quality Keeps Working
The Canon printer and laser cartridge provide 100% of my requirements for keeping data. As a member of the Honor Guard at Bakersfield National Cemetery I maintain between 300 to 500 ceremonies per year, a requirement for taxes. Someday I might go for a color printer but I am truly satisfied with my black toner cartridge.
