Thick File Storage
These seem to be regular legal size hanging file folders; but, includes a thick strip of carboard to keep the 2" bottom in place.Great for storing permanent files which tend to be thicker:- closing documents- tax returns- product warranty / manuals

To much money for what you get!
These are paper thin and not firm enough to support the files when you take the file out and put back in often! The ones I got years ago were thicker and stronger! . The one good thing I support is that the box said they were made in USA.

Great for larger files
I love these for our larger files. The only negative was having to put them together... I ordered 250 of them and it took quite some time to put the bottoms in them all! lol

Works Well Enough
These folders require some assembly - you need to fold along the creases on the bottom and put the cardboard strip (provided) in the bottom of the folder. Pendaflex Extra Capacity Reinforced Hanging Folders
Pendaflex brand seems more durable than the alternate Staples brand. I have tried both and have decided its worth paying a little more for them because they hold up better.

Did not like it
Did not work for what I had in mind. I have approx 100 employees in a 2 drawer file cabinet and needed bigger hanging folders to hold 3-5 employee folders in. The employee folders would not stand up straight into this hanging file. Just wasn't for me.

flimsy and falsely described
I needed a reinforced bottom on a wide bottom hanging file. It was very difficult to find any on the Staples web site, even with the help of two employees. I bought these based on the description and I was very disappointed. They are wide bottomed, if you fold them that way, but not reinforced really. There is a flimsy piece of cardboard that is supposed to "reinforce"....

Great for multi files
Don't want a lot of hanging folders for one subject - say Doctors - use theses to cut the amount of hanging folders in the cabinet.
