Warranty on the chair is a joke
I've used the chair a year and 2 weeks ago the chair leg broke. It took a only a few days to get a response from Staples. Staples was very helpful in getting the warranty parts in. The warranty part (the leg apparatus only) was shipped with no instruction on how to remove the castor or the broken parts. Boss Furniture has not been very helpful in getting the chair put t...

HORRIBLE CHAIR
Chair is uncomfortable & doesn't raise high enough. does not recline unless you make it. Leans forward to much.

So dissapointed
The rim on the leg broke within 2 months. Can't return the chair because we no longer have the original box. Other than that, arms were comfortable.

defective chair
bolt holding back bar does not stay in. Chair back doesn't stay secure very loose. want to return but they have already throw away boxes. Now we are stuck with a defective chair

Low Quality Parts and Forward Leaning Orientation
Abbreviated version of my long ordeal with this seat:
- Broke the rear bolt on the original order by simply moving the seat from step A to step B assembly positions
- Staples worked with Manuf. to send me new hardware.

Sturdy and Stable
Big guys are always more aware of the sturdiness of what they sit in. This chair has brought me peace of mind for the 7 months that I have had it.
