I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT AFTER STAPLES ATTEMPTED 2 DELIVERIES. PICTURES SHOW THE PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED TO A "WHITE" HOME! MINE IS DEFINITELY A "BROWN" HOME! AMAZON HAS NO PROBLEM DELIVERING TO MY HOME! SEE PICTURES ATTACHED! YOU DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOME SOMEWHERE!

Ordering online was easy, arrived as per committed schedule, perfect for legal size papers. Using a thicker paper and including a metal clasp would be preferred.Store customer service for pickup was excellent.
