The Staples closest to us did not have the ribbon and did not ask if we wanted to order it. This store, after a bit of dithering, did order it and got it to us promptly.

it was a dot matrix ribbon printer - old school. We bought new ribbon. It came in on time and worked well. Then again, it is just ribbon.

Its hard to find the ribbons now that pretty much every printer has cartridges! Thankfully Staples carries this item. It works the way its suppose to. Service was very fast, ordered on line and had it two days later, great job!
