Delay fire
I had a delay fire while turkey hunting. The gun went click first as I pulled it down to pump it went off weakly. This is dangerous and cost me a turkey. I'll provide pictures of the inside of the shell the primer is completely rusted over and it burnt the outside of the shell.

Great shells
I have been a turkey hunter for over 40 years & hunt up to 6 states per year. These shotgun shells are simply the best turkey shells on the market for the price, unless you want to go with TSS which is a whole different category of performance & cost. My only problem is that I have not been able to find them anywhere the past 2 years in size 6 shot.

Deadly
Been shooting these 12ga 3" #5 2oz. Turkey loads for a long time with devastating results. I was disappointed to learn the 2oz was no longer available so I bought 3 boxes of the 1 3/4oz. I've killed turkeys from 5 to 59yds.i hope the results stay the same. I don't think they will disappoint. Looking forward to pattern results.

Best ever !
I've killed an absolute boat load of birds with these Loads....if you can't absolutely destroy one anywhere inside 60 yards, you probably need to either check you nerves or your
equipment.........amazing knockdown power !

Performs even better than expected! 25 straight gobbler kills from 5 yds out to 65 yds! My Remington 870 Super Mag with my Gobblin Thunder choke loves these loads!

Dangerous shells
Had a delayed fire while hunting this morning. The gun went click first then as I pulled it down to pump it it went off. It sounded weak as well. After looking into it the inside of the primer was rusted over and I'm sure the powder was wet to. This was very scary. I'll add photo of the primer and the burnt shell. These shells should be water tight.

Wasting money if you buy anything else
I have been using XR 3.5” #6 (magnum) out of a Stoeger M3500 Turkey and Carlson’s XR .650 choke for the past two seasons. Killed 3 birds ranging from 10-45 yards. Every bird was stone dead. My only complaint is not being able to find it ANYWHERE today.

Take your chances
The first year I was very impressed. But the following year (last year) I could have hit the side of a barn?I'm shooting a Mossberg 835 ultramag Indian Creek .675. The first year I killed three birds, last year 0. I missed 2 birds the first was at 34 yards. I aim at the waddles he was facing me an it was like I was shooting blanks. I didn't find a feather I did find my w...

Had nothing but bad results
Wounded 1 bird, and missed two others, at about thirty yds. Two birds just stood there like nothing happened have no idea where the shot hit ! It was like the shot had fallen out ! Very upset, I was a huge Winchester fan ! Was!

Extremely Disappointed!
Purchased the Longbeard XR in 20 Gague for my Benelli M2. My initial impression with the Longbeard choke and ammo was great until I went to fire the 2nd shot. CLICK! Round after round continued to get stuck in the feed tube, to the point I had to disassemble the shotgun. I have had zero issues with normal 2 3/4 game loads. But from what I've now read, this seems to be a...

My favorite turkey load
Shot dozens of birds with this combo. Started using a Carlsons XR choke designed for this particular load and the results are dead birds and an extended 60 yard range. Thank you for manufacturing such a fine product. I never think twice about chambering your ammunition.

Awesome Ammunition
Went back to using 12 ga 3 inch 1 3/4 oz #5 Longbeard ammo. April 1st 2020 was season opener for me. Had a nice gobbler come strolling in at 8:30 am, 10 inch beard, 1 inch spur, 20 lbs. 15 yd shot, stone dead!

These Longbeards do a numbe...
