Dr. Vierra really believes these little books are the best for coding his hospital visits. Easily carried in his pocket. Thanks for the prompt service too.

Physician did not like the set up. Printing is too small. The levels of service being on each page is unnecessary and redundant and takes up too much space. The information should be listed on the inside cover of the packet which would leave more space for the dates to be checked off. The boxes are too crowded. We do need this type of logbook but, we will not be...
