Great cold pack!
This cold pack gets very cold and stays that way. It is soft and doesn’t get ice on it.

1st time i ordered it to the store it never got there. MIA. Customer service was nice and ordered it to my home (no charge for shipping). I finaly got it. I would however order from them again. S__t happens.
