Great Bag
I needed to replace my employees laptop bag and this bag was perfect! It works wonderful and it is perfect for her during her flights. She has had it for over a month and has zero complaints

Poorly designed.
Poorly designed; hard to open and get into. Mostly just one rectangular space inside, with few outside compartments. Didn't fit my needs at all, so I returned it.

Solo Bag
I will be returning it, it is not what I ordered. The picture on the ad showed a bag with a shoulder strap, but what I got was a bag with no shoulder strap and that is the main reason that I bought it. Other than that it is very nice.

Not suitable for my needs
Not able to utilize the space for working files. The overnight er is truly not user friendly for use other than the overnight business trip.
The handle and the whole structure were sturdy and well made. Simply not usable for my daily needs.
