VERY DISAPPOINTED
If you are looking for a mat that will have a stable surface over a deep pile carpet, I highly suggest that you look somewhere else because after much time studying the catalog Staples offers, this was the best I could identify and it is inadequate.

Nice product ! Works well.
The chair mat works well in my computer room. It was shipped flat, which worked for me. No unrolling and waiting for it to flatten out. I could use right away. Seems thick enough, I have low pile carpeting, and it stays in place. Had it for a few weeks- no cracks, very light indents from chair roller legs. Just what I needed for home use.

The product was not shipped in a box or other container. Instead, the shipping label was attached directly to it, and now I can't get the sticker off. There is a lot of glue residue that I guess I'm just going to have to hope slowly comes off over time.

Poor quality
This item was delivered to my house and arrived without any protective packaging. It was so dirty I had to wipe it off with a damp sponge before allowing it on the carpet. Then I noticed how scuffed it was and the edges were damaged as well. I had to return it to the store for a refund.

Horrible Packaging
Does not come in any packaging. Arrived beat to hell. FEDEX just sticks their stickers all over the mat. Some of the stickers do not come off. Why does staples not have this rolled up or in any sort of packaging!?! The mat is now worthless.

Cheap for a reason??
Purchased for my home office thinking why spend more money than necessary. Having been in the commercial office environment for 20 yrs., I purchased and used many many chair mats, and this one doesn't seem to meet the standards I am looking for. It seems to be to thin, and the wheel dimples stay for quite awhile. Should have bought a more expensive one.

Desk chair clear floor mat
The office chair floor mat is good quality. It was delivered on time. The only issue was the plastic was bent when I received it. I had to place weights on it to flatten it back out. After a few days it was usable again.

Very disappointed. The wheels of the desk chair sink in and form pockets. Plastic is soft. Replacement for mat had many years that was thicker and also bought at Staples. Would recommend only with reservations. If I saw it in person at store would not choose it.

Works like a dream
This is my first desk chair mat and I couldn't be happier. It fits perfectly, arrived already flat, and my chair slides in and out, back and forth giving me access to files, printers, recycling bins, and everything is within reach.
