Ink delivered 3 days late and past expiration date
The ink cartridges I ordered were delivered 3 days late and one of the three was significantly past its expiration date. Why were some ink colors about $4 more expensive than the others?

Bungled order
Store clerk ordered the wrong Epson ink cartridge. Delivery company did not deliver item to my address though it generated a receipt for correct delivery. Staples online customer service resolved the issue promptly.

Printer Ink Purchase
Staples is an easy drive the staff was helpful and the order was completed with ease. Mailing of there ink only took a short time! I will go to Staples any time we need printer ink.
