Bungled order
Store clerk ordered the wrong Epson ink cartridge.
Delivery company did not deliver item to my address, though it generated a receipt for correct delivery. Staples online customer service resolved the issue promptly.

Seeing Red Again
While I wish the cartridges for this printer were either larger or cheaper, they work great. Printing lots of family photos.

This is an excellent product. In my opinion, Epson printers produce far superior finished products in comparison to other printers on the market. In fact, friends who own other brands of printers will come to me to ask that I print their photos since they cannot reproduce the quality I get from my Epson printer. Hard to find product - None of the TO54 series epson ink cartridges are carried in store by staples (another store in town does). The Epson R1800 Printer is a popular model and I would like to see Staples carry the Epson TO54 series cartridges in their stores.
