Bungled order
Store clerk ordered the wrong Epson ink cartridge.
Delivery company did not deliver item to my address, though it generated a receipt for correct delivery. Staples online customer service resolved the issue promptly.

Printer Ink Purchase
Staples is an easy drive, the staff was helpful and the order was completed with ease. Mailing of there ink only took a short time! I will go to Staples any time we need printer ink.

Epson 54 Magenta Ink Cartridge
I was very satisfied with the purchase and delivery of the ink.
I wasn't quite as happy to discover though that I only have 180 days from the time I turn in empty ink cartridges to use the rebate. But now that I do know, I can turn them in accordingly!
