Triangular pencils
Difficult to sharpen. The tip would seem sharp but it would fall out of the pencil. Then I’d have to sharpen some more and the same thing happened again. I ended up with much shorter sharpened pencils than I should have.

Skinny
I wanted triangular shaped pencils because they help children use a tripod grasp (I’m an OT in pediatric rehab). However these pencils are skinnier than most pencils and will cause fatigue if you have a lot of writing to do.

Tri-Write Wooden Pencils
These are great pencils especially for Math teachers and their students. They write smoothly and very few have broken lead like some cheaper brands do. I would give them 5 stars but the paint irritates my sensitive skin sometimes.

Function pencils
These pencils are an overall great product. I had no problem sharpening them with a handheld pencil sharpener. I liked how smooth they wrote. My daughter in middle school likes them, too. She actually just put the pack in her backpack!

Great for teaching pencil grip in beginning writer
I absolutely love these triangle shaped pencils. We have always loved the Ticonderoga brand for their quality products. It made it very easy for not only my own four year old but my kids in my Prek class to get and maintain the proper pencil grip for writing.

Tri-Write Wood-Cased Pencils
Tri-Write Wood-Cased Pencils are a teachers dream! These pencils are the exact ones that I prefer in my classroom! They are sturdy and do not break lead like most cheap pencils do! I have never been disappointed with Ticonderoga pencils!

Ticonderoga is the BEST
As a teacher, Ticonderoga is my go-to pencil brand. The pencils are reliable and last so much longer than other brands. The pencils do not break or get dull regularly.

All time favorite brand!
These pencils are great. My daughter write a lot in 3rd grade and regular pencils are uncomfortable for her but ever since using the tri-write she don't complain of her fingers being sore. They also write very bold which is a plus for us! Excellent pencils

Love this brand
I love this brand of pencil. We tried these ones and the shape really makes it easy for my four year old twins to grip and have proper pencil placement. Ones a lefty and has helped her lots. I will be buying more of these as well as recommending them.

Easy to grip
I really like these pencils for my little one, the shape make it easier for her to hold the pencil.
The only thing I’m not a fan of is sharpening it. Its a little awkward but not a deal breaker .
I would recommend these pencils to anyone that needs help holding a pencil better or just having a different grip on it in general

Great for kids with eds
My son has hyper mobility syndrome and it's been getting harder for him to hold a pencil and draw, which is very important to him. With the Tri-Write Wood-Cased Pencils the shape of the pencil are easier to hold in his hands and allow him to keep drawing.

Shaped for better grip
I wanted to try the Tri-Write wood pencils to see if they were more comfortable than a round pencil. They are much more comfortable and easier to grip. These are perfect for people that get aching hands after writing too long. Very happy with these pencils.

Comfortable fit
These Tri-Write pencils are great. I never thought much about the shape of my pencils. I love the triangular shape of these. They fit so comfortably in your hand. I work a lot with numbers and sometimes have to use pencils for a long period of time. These wrote very smoothly, the erasers erased completely. I had no problems sharpening it in my electric pencil sharpener....

Well made, great shape
I got a box of these pencils for my daughter to draw and write with and they are great. They sharpen nicely and the lead isn’t brittle. She and I both like the triangular shape, makes for a nice feel in your hand.

Great quality pencils!
These pencils are made with good quality stuff! I am really picky about the eraser piece and hate when products leave marks but this one does not! The pencil is a standard #2 pencil and is easy to grip. Definitely pencils I will be getting for my kiddos for school next year!
