poor quality
this has got to be to poorest quality of packaging i have ever encountered as a customer of staples. i literally had 6 cases of paper and had to undue 75% of the packaging because everything was either missing, bent, torn apart or taped with NO lid. totally inexcusable. I expect better quality from you guys especially since i've been a loyal customer for along time. ...

It's not about the paper!
Paper is fine. I use it all the time. However, instead of the box of 5 reams, i bought 2 single packs. All I could carry in my hand held basket. No store carts were in sight, I decided not to get anything on my list. When checking out I asked cashier where were the carts. She said there is now only one. If it is use, there are no others.

96 brightness is better than the 92 brightness
This is good mid-range paper between the cheaper paper which tends to jamb the printer and the more expensive paper which though very good can be high priced. High quality paper
I just tried Tru-Red copy paper after using Hammerhill Copy Plus for years. I found it to be a quality paper that has better brightness than the Hammerhill, feeds well and copies cleanly. Worth the change.
