retractble is the way to go!!
Loved the retractable Sharpies. they don't seem to dry out nearly as fast as the snap-on cap and so easy to retract when through for even a second. Loved the ease and consistant ink output

DRY
I had to return them as they were dry as the Mohave desert.

I use these pens all the time and eventhough these are claimed to be fine point. They are not.

Super convenient!
had one before, admit they may not last quite as long as one's with cap, but not sure because I use it more often since it's so easy to click and write

Retractable required
Not always easy to find retractable permanent markers. They are required for our business. I also appreciate the tip size options. They work as expected and haven't dried out yet. NO LOST CAPS!

easy as a click!
Love this style Sharpie because you don't have to keep uncapping and recapping the pen each use and possibly loosing the cap in the process. It is just a quick click to reveal the tip and a quick click to retract it. The ink does not dry out either which is great.

I am glad that Sharpie is leading the way for "Retractables". Nobody wants pens with separate covers. I know it's lazy. But I want "Retractables" only.

Retractable sharpie
These are the preferred sharpie markers at our lab because they can be operated with one hand. They are becoming difficult to find. Very pleased I was able to find some to appease our employees.
