Nice Chair - Directions Not So Nice
The chair is what they said, and nice. The directions to put it together weren't very clear. I finally realized I had to loosen and move one of the pieces on the back, then it fit right.

Nice looking, sturdy chair
Comfortable and stylish. Even though the assembly wasn't as easy as I hoped (see below), I like it enough that I would buy this again if I need a chair of this type.
As it was my first time assembling this unit, it took me a bit longer than expected (~45 minutes). The fitment wasn't quite exact - requiring some aggressive stress application to install all the bolts.

Good deal for the price
These look a lot more expensive than they were.
I would recommend using wood glue on the side rails before screwing in the legs.

Not the most comfy chair in the room
Basically bought the chairs to spruce-up an old office. Good thing they actually won't be sat in much! But they look great.

Very Good Value
We ordered six chairs for the waiting room. They look good and expensive. We had to order replacement parts for one of the chairs, but the customer service mailed us the replacement parts in a timely manner.

GOOD CHAIRS
These chairs are used in a managers office. They look great -- very professional. We did have one that cracked in the middle brace when someone sat down in it, but the chair held up and Quill quickly sent a replacement part.
