I bought my second one in May 2020, because the first one’s suction completely stopped. And yes, I clean both filters and the dust cup EACH time I use the machine. Stopped working

Won’t charge.
The vacuum only worked for one charge. Now it won’t recharge and doesn’t work. We have an older model for several years which we liked very much. This new item is our 3rd of this model.

Shark Navigator Freestyle Upright Cordless Vacuum
I absolutely love this little vacuum. I wore out my last one. But I’m really disappointed that the new one does not have headlights. I use the headlights daily and I’m trying to figure out a way to attach something that will light up the floors for me.

Easy to use! Great pick up
This is my second freestyle cordless vacuum! First was a gift and it lasted for years ~ I wanted to get the same one and I did!! Lightweight and easy to use.

This makes my 6 Shark Navigator over the years. I love it because it is light in weight to use. Great for hardwood floors and carpet.

Disappointing

Light Weight & Strong Suction
Love this wee vacuum no more sweeping for me!!! Gets to edge of floor! Great suction and the swivel makes it even easier to use!

I love it.
I’ve had this shark for a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. I can just grab it and sweep my kitchen floor with it and then vacuum my carpet all in 15 minutes instead of dragging out the big old vacuum once a week which is also a shark.

weird
I have had it just under a year and after charging it will turn on the base without the the handle in place. When the handle is put in place it turns off. Can't be the battery.....and I have taken it apart for clogs and such......NONE. How weird is that.

easy to use
This Shark cordless vacuum works as it should. It gets all the dust, dirt, and pet hair. The best part is it's cordless! You can charge over night and be ready to clean those floors again the next day or however often you decide to do it. The charging base is easy to use, just sit the back two wheels of the vacuum on there and the blue light will indicate it's charging....

Best cordless vac I've owned!
This is the absolute best cordless vacuum I've ever owned! It has fantastic suction with a high and low setting. It is easy to charge and has a long battery life. It holds a good amount of debris. Oh and my husband and i put it together in less than 30 seconds, it is so easy to assemble, we did not even need the instructions! And I LOVE how it swivels! I would buy this ...

Omg absolutely love
I received this product about a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I use it almost everyday and it cleans so weel. It was so easy to put togther. My kids really do love using it is as well. I have a lot of stairs at my house too and this works amazing. Very easy to empty. Shark is the best!!!!

Works amazingly well
I have always been a fan of Shark brand vacuums. They last for such a long time and they have amazing suction. They clean so well. This vacuum was no different. I love that it is light weight and easily accessible to do small jobs or bigger ones occasionally. Suction power is still as good as a full Sized regular cleaner.

Great vacuum
Great cordless vacuum that runs on a battery. Easy to assemble, just need a screwdriver. Easy to use, and easy to charge. Comes with a charging base so you can store it while charging. Handy for carpet and bare floors.

Awesome
Shark does it again with this amazing time saving vacuum. It has about a 20 minute realistic run time. Very easy to put together and run. Don't like the annoying blinking light even after it's done charging.

Battery life
I bought 2 Shark cordless stick vacs in September and 1 works great. The other will not hold a charge more than 5 minutes.

Lightweight
I've used this a few times after I was frustrated with my previous vacuum for lack of suction, but I also have a fairly small apartment, so I didn't want some big "powerhouse" machine, because that feels unneccessary.
