Helpful in time of need

Shark Rotator 3 in 1
Super sweeper! This sweeper even pulled pet hair out of the furniture cushions washing left behind. I had a issue with assembly customer service was great and patiently talked me through my error. I've only had it for a couple weeks but so far I would recommend this to everyone.

Not what I expected.
The vacuum holds great suction and surprisingly picks up more on the carpet than expected. However all of the attachments and parts make it a little difficult to carry around and easily clean house. Overall it's a good product that does clean well just a little more challenging to carry around the home to use.

Shark NV501 Rotator Pro
This is a great vacuum with many great uses in in one. This is replacing a Hoover Wind Tunnel that worked well but messy to empty dirt. NV 501 is easy to empty. Converts easily to canister vacuum picks up dog hair very well. I vacuumed with old vacuum and then tested new Shark and could not believe how much dirt and dog hair the other one missed.
