DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT
I purchased this item 21 days ago and cannot return it as I now find out it is considered to be furniture and is subject to a 14 day return policy and not 30 days as I believed. First of all this keyboard tray is massive. Using the mouse pad slide out tray it is 30.5 inches wide and the distance from the center point to the outside of the mouse tray is 19 inches. This...

solid and flexible
The try is as described. Goes in and out up and down in height and can be partially slid to side. Keyboard part is very good. Mouse try is too far to the side to be ergonomically helpful. I made it work using a mouse bridge and mostly ignoring the mouse tray.

Too big and heavy
The whole unit is quite heavy and bulky. I was not able to install it as the bracket it all connects to is too long for area under my desk. Returning this item. If you have a big desk it probably would be fine.

Excellent product except for one component. A plastic part holding the weight of the tray (which should be in metal) wear over time and give-up. This force you to buy a complete new package. A simple modification for few $ would extend tremendously the life of the tray. I must say that the rest is strong, well design and very functional.

Adjustable Keyboard Manager
I purchased this product as I was having issues with my arms using a laptop that was sitting on my desk. It was recommended that I get an adjustable keyboard drawer with a cordless keyboard. I have to say the adjustable keyboard manager was a great purchase. It is heavy duty and can be adjusted to your comfort. I highly recommend this purchase

Adjustable Keyboard
There are less expensive keyboard drawers available which I'm sure are adequate for a situation where the keyboard isn't used heavily... but in my setting I require a heavy-duty drawer that can support constant "hands on" use every day of the week. All stainless steel gives me the proper support while keyboarding. The flexibility of moving the drawer into any position ...

Not liking it at all
Had to remove a bar from under my desk to install it. Hate the fact that the mouse pad is way lower than the keyboard tray and I can barely reach down to my mouse to use it there (like 2 inches lower than keyboard). Not sure why there is even a wrist pad on the mouse tray b/c I could never get my wrist that low to use it. Haven't installed the wrist pad on they keyboard...

Keyboard Tray
This keyboard tray is everything it says it is. The build is really sturdy and strong. It was installed and works well for what we need it for. I would highly recommend that if anyone needs their keyboard dropped down off from their desk this is a good product.

So far I love this product.
I use this keyboard everyday at work. I love the wrist rests on both the keyboard and mouse trays. I was a little difficult to put together but well worth the effort.

Not durable for regular use
Bought 2 for the office. Seemed ok at first but became loose and shakey over time. Both snapped off at joint while in use and were unrepairable. Also metal mouse tray did not allow wireless mouse to make a strong connection. Though they lasted a couple of years I expected more from this product.

Quality Keyboard Tray
Just finished installing this keyboard tray on a co-workers desk. The instructions (clearly written in English and well illustrated) were easy to follow and unit contained enough hardware (the extra screws are handy in case one strips) to complete install. The only comment I got from the end user is the (keyboard) tray is deeper than she expected-putting her further bac...

Not bad but not the best
The keyboard is a definite upgrade from the sliding flimsy keyboard trays. At the same time it does require turning a handle for any up down and tilt adjustment and can be somewhat bouncy. I prefer my work keyboard tray which tilts to release and go up and down and is a better design. Overall a decent product but there is better out there. The silver wrist pads look...

I would buy this product again!
I love the swivel design that lets me access the keyboard at all angles. It is especially helpful when working in groups/with another person and you can move the keyboard to let anyone access it easily. Wrist pad is very comfortable too. It is slightly flimsy so you can't push down on it too hard but that isn't something you would need to do anyway. Overall a great fi...

Good product but being discontinued.
This keyboard is great in the sense that it adjusts to your needs; however it tends to bounce if you are a "real" typist.

Good enough
Use it on a daily basis. We are happy that it tucks under our desks. It took a little getting used to disengaging the pull forward lock by lifting up and pushing in but it at least has the lock. It can be a little bouncy when we haven't locked it but it's comfortable.

Rate Fellowes adj keyboard
This keyboard bounces around alot because it is on one center adj post. The mouse key board sags to the right and causes the whole keyboard to bouce when you lift your hand off of it.
