Love it for ODEs on the Go!
Very helpful with ordinary differential equations and integrodifferential equations. Love the 3-D graphing of saddle point optimization for determining equilibrium points of a system.

A necessary tool for research.

Couldn’t figure out how to use it.
I used to have a TI-84 and I liked it a lot. I gave it to my daughter. I thought I would try a TI-89 thinking it would have more capabilities. Greatest Calculator with The Worst Display
The Display on this (TI 89) Is the worst I have ever seen. For me it is extremely difficult to see the display. I also have a TI 84 and a TI 36 so I am not picking on TI I love all three but I often use the other calculators when I want to use the 89 because of the display. They could use this at the DMV for vision tests.
