VERY DISAPPOINTED
If you are looking for a mat that will have a stable surface over a deep pile carpet, I highly suggest that you look somewhere else because after much time studying the catalog Staples offers, this was the best I could identify and it is inadequate.

Dangerous
These mats are dangerous, they slide on carpets & you are constantly slipping when you walk on mats, we took ours out. Find one with carpet teeth.

Purchase was good. Delivery was bad. Mat was shipped with only shipping label attached. No protection of any kind on mat. When saw mat on front porch area it was half folded up like an accordian. arrived looking used
This item came unpackaged meaning out of a box, not rolled or wrapped in anything. Looks warped and needs to be cleaned. Why isn't it properly wrapped/packaged for deliver?

Hard Floor Chair Mat
Was exactly what I needed and the size. AND it came flat, not rolled - which I appreciated very much so I didn't have to flatten it out and put weights on it to help it lay flat. Item and delivery were GREAT!

STAPLES Hardware Floor Chair Mat Does The Job
I purchased the STAPLES Hardware Floor Chair Mat because I eliminated the rug covering the hardwood floor in my home office.
The mat is clear and thick enough to protect the floor and does not slide because of the lightly textured underside.
The mat was on sale ($15.00 off) and was delivered to my home address unfolded. Great job STAPLES!

I like the size and my chair rolls smoothly. It arrived dirty and with numbers in marker, I couldn't get the mark completely off.

Chair mat
The 2 mats were delivered to my door without any packaging or protection. They looked like something I would have purchased in a store, except they were dirty and had stains (perhaps grease or rubber tire marks) on them. After paying $25 for handling (shipping was free) I was very disappointed in the condition they were in when they arrived.

Floor Mat
When we received our mat it was very dirty and was warped on the one edge. We did clean it and put it in the office to use. Not the best quality as other items we have purchased in the past but we made it work. Thank You
