VERY DISAPPOINTED
If you are looking for a mat that will have a stable surface over a deep pile carpet, I highly suggest that you look somewhere else because after much time studying the catalog Staples offers, this was the best I could identify and it is inadequate.

Nice mat, but I chose the wrong one
This mat is nice, but not heavy duty enough for what I needed. I should have gotten one for medium pile carpets. It is purely my own mistake. The lesson is to be sure about what you need before placing your order.

Chair mats
They need to figure out how to put the packing slip on without super duty glue. The label for the product peels right off. The packing slip on the 8 I ordered did not.

Not very sturdy and moves around
My chair wheels seem to easily form divets in the mat, which they then get stuck in. Furthermore, it seems the mat easily moves around, which is frustrating. I may be buying another mat from somewhere else, unfortunately.

My last chair mat lasted a couple of years but this is much strudier and should last a long time. I have berber style carpet in my office and this works great.

Great item, but delivery was not good.
I love the mat, but it came to me completely unboxed or secured and was just thrown on my porch in plain view, with no effort to roll it up or secure it. I was stunned and very disappointed. It took a day and a half to straighten it out.

A little thinner than I expected
Not a bad floor mat; a little thinner than I expected, so the wheels of my chair create indentations in the plastic of the mat, causing four little indentions where you have to make a concerted effort to move it out of them---it's now harder to roll the chair.

Won't last long
Been doing taxes for 44 years and have used quite a few floor mats. This one only lasted one year and I only weigh 130 pounds. Poor quality. Most last at least 5 years. I would not recommend this product at all - waste of money.

Poor Quality
I purchased this mat to replace a Rubbermaid mat that lasted about 20 years. The new mat is of very poor quality and extremely thin. It sits on low pile carpet, but my chair sinks into the mat and leaves divits. Of note is that I weigh 165 pounds and my chair has smooth plastic castors. This mat will likely be returned within the next two weeks.

Hi, I think the mat should last longer than a few months. It Cracked up and I cant roll over it. Staples does nothing about it as they are transferring servers. Guess I will look around for another somewhere else.
