Works for us
I haven't noticed clumping and the dishes are clean. I don't know if the size of the washer matters but our office uses a smaller dishwasher than the standard size for a house. Also we rinse our our dishes first.

Spritzer design is terrible
I love Seventh Generation so I was really disappointed by this. The spritzer doesn't screw into the top of the bottle! It has a very narrow ledge holding it on. My only comfort is that if someone steals my cleaning supplies (which happens) they'll be in for an unpleasant surprise when the cap comes off and it spills on them. Not the nicest pro of a product!

Works great AND Kills Germs!
Don't expect this to smell like a flower shop but it doesn't smell as bad as some of the other reviewers make out. I use this at home and my children or my wife has NEVER complained once. Great Natural Dishwasher Detergent
We use this in our Wellness Center and run the dishwasher often multiple times a day. There are never streaks or residue and it disinfects well. We don't use anything else!

Light pleasant scent
This spray cleaner has a very light and pleasant scent not overpowering or strong. Perfect for our office where a lot of women complain about strong cleaning chemical smells!

Hard to reuse bottles terrible smell
They changed the bottle design so they are no longer screw off but a weird pop off that is difficult to open. I reuse our spray bottles for other cleaning and now they are difficult to work with and not worth it. I have never been a fan of the smell either and this latest change has pushed me to switch products.
