Great product, right price, long expiration date
I purchased 3 HP 95 cartridges directly from HP. The price was the same as at popular retailers, shipping was free, and the expiration date is longer than what one normally finds at retailers, which means the product is fresher.

printer won't print
The printer did print a test sheet, but now won't print my documents.
The message reads that the door is open, but I can
't find an open door. I'm at this location temporariy so
have borrowed this printer.

OK cartridge
I inherited the printer and did not want to buy a new one, therefore I am stuck buying this expensive ink, at least for now. Other than the price, the overall quality is good

Empties out fast.
I just put the cartridge in and didnt even use it that much and it is fading out already!!! Very disappointed.

The last one purchased failed pre-maturely.
All previous purchases have performed well, however the last one failed prematurely.
An error message appeared on the printer of a failed cartridge and to remove the unit.
After turning off Photosmart 8150 and putting unit back in the cartridge worked correctly for a
short while and then failed again with same error.

Reliability is a key requirement for me.

We apparently need black and white ink not the color cartridge so we still cannot print. Kinda crazy for HP not to sell them together now that so many different cartridges can be interchanged.

excellent.
So pleased I "found" Staples web site. In these cold PA winters, its hard to get down the mountain for supplies -- Staples had delivered my printer ink THE NEXT DAY --- NO CHARGE. I probably could have gotten the item less expensively in some BIG BOX STORE, but, hey, factor in car gas, mileage, parking, etc. Yep. A true bargain. Unreal. Old Santy in the form of UPS came...

quick shipment. works greats. don't have to worry about smudges or ink wash out or failures. buy it on discount. i print business documents so i don't want to have to worry about quality.

Over priced
This is a good product but is way overpriced. My
last printer was HP and it included much more ink in the cartridge.
That was overpriced as well. The only way I can justify it is I
refill my cartridges at home. Much cheaper, but you could only do it so
many times.

hp printer cartridges are the best cartridges for hp printers. They last a long time and have true defining color. Quality built, sturdy.I love to shop online at Staples because its so easy and convenient. I don't have to stop on the way home or drive down there when I need them. I dont have to leave the office and can get more done until they come in the mail in a day ...
