Ordering at Stapes was easy however when I received the product you have to open the outer package to find that you must register it does not mention that you cannot use until Adams approves it. It took 3 business days to get approval after voice mails to customer service and a few emails. Returned item to Staples. I had never received a response to the voice mails a...
