Poor document web site
The web site to use the material I bought is confusing and will not open the material I need. Once I registered it would not download my material.

Not What You’d Expect
I purchased this item for someone that was having surgery and needed to complete it while hospitalized. There was no Will in the packet. It was very misleading. You needed to complete it online. Very disappointing and misleading. I won’t be buying anything from this brand again. And honestly, no documents from Staples again if I need them immediately.

not worth it
the material enclosed was not at all what you would want in a will. It asked about adopted kids, gifts, and several other non-critical details for the preparation of a simple will.

Last will and testament
This item has lots of instructions, but it's not clearly stated on cover that you have to use a computer to download ALL of the forms needed to make a will. I thought some preprinted forms would be included in package. There are none. Disappointed.
