Great ribbon
I like our printer so much more since I purchased a new ribbon for it. It’s easy to install and the print is clearer and darker. A great improvement.

Very disappointed in performance
We use this product daily for our business & we're very disappointed in its performance. Unfortunately it's now made with a film ribbon rather than a cloth ribbon. The cloth ribbon was more durable lasted longer & was worth the $ spent. Plastic ribbon lasts (if we're lucky) 1 month. Our company is spending more $ than we should have to for a product that we can't find...

Reliable
This is the only ink ribbon I use in my impact printer. I have tried off-brand ones that were less expensive and was sorely disappointed. I am pleased that Staples carries them now so I can get them faster.

I would buy this product again & again
we use this ribbon daily 5 days a week 8 hours a day & it's constantly being used. We have never had any problems with ribbon jamming up ripping apart while printing is utilized and we always purchase this product due to its quality. Priced competitively.

Easy to install
I work for a small company but the ribbon lasts for quite a while before I have to replace it. Epson makes really good dot matrix printers. This one replaces our previous Epson lost in a flood.
