Replacement not same as original
We ordered this to replace the dispense that was broken (normal wear & tear), but it no longer fits the blue tape that we use

Perfect for larger size tape spools
We use a lot of tape in our library for processing materials and it is such a challenge to keep the tape ends where we can reach them. This dispenser is perfect for our tape that is a bit wider than usual tape but on a larger core. It has made the job that much easier for us. We will probably buy another for our other size spools.

Sturdy, but 3" core was too small
I just received this tape dispenser for the lab where I work, and was impressed with how heavy and sturdy it seems. The blade is sharp, and I really like the idea of having a 1" and a 3" core--the 3" core fits over the 1" core, just as a roll of tape would.

I was looking for a dispenser that would hold a 60 yard roll of artist's tape. Since this was advertised to hold "tape rolls up to 1" x 2,592" [72 yards]," I bought it on-line for store pickup. Perfect for my needs
