MY OOPS
Got the black and the colored cartridges. Got home and opened the prnter and OOPS the number is 64. Back to Stapls I went and got the correct ones. The meployee that helped me was very friendly and service oriented. Facilitated the return of the 2 OOPS and charged the new ones. Very positive experience

Doesn't work
Was told this ink cartridge would work in my Imagine Printer a joint venture between Cricut and HP but it is not recognized by my printer.

I was disappointed that I could not get the 96 cartridge. It has the extra or double ink for a better price. I guess they’re not stocking that one anymore. Hp 98 Change it
HP 98 ink is not working on my printer it normally uses 96 you guys say that 98 is taking its place it will be nice if you guys will replace this 98 with one that works
