This notebook is just about perfect for a wet media sketchbook. I added heavier weight cover papers to make it stronger and more attractive so it suits my personality. I love the size too.

Ink and water color drawings
For a travel pad water color & sketching works well so far a bit thirstier and buckled some with 2nd wash applied but not terrible.

Mixed Media
Pens and pencils work best on this medium weight paper. Watercolor I’d good if you use dry paper technique. I’d recommend it for field sketching.
