HP Product warranty?
I have purchased HP toner cartridges previously but this one is defective.I thought if I had a problem HP would step up and replace it. I was wrong you have a warranty on the box that's all!

Just bought cartridge from staples, recvd free delivery by next day. The day of delivery "Quill Office Supply" sales rep entered office and offered same cartridge for $50.00 less with free delivery. Staples owns "Quill" sales same product but is $50.00 higher in price! Why?

Quit working
After a few weeks it quit working. Cartridge got error code and is not useable. before that it was doing great.
