Dependable Performance
Although the toner is pricey, I get 10,000 perfect copies from each toner cartridge. I have tried the "reconstituted" toners, but have been nervous that I wouldn't get the kind of copies I need and rely on for my business. So for peace of mind, I reorder the "real" toner and take advantage of promotions offered by HP.

A rip off
This tonor did not last 10,000 pages...at all.
Barely lasted a month with same amount of pages we have always printed.

HP Toner
The HP toner cartridges are of good quality. The downside is their high cost.

better than generics
The product is much better than the generics items but the price for them is still way too high especially since you get no credit for returning the cartridges for recycling.

We always buy this cartridge and its always good. works the way its supposed to. But this time, too much ink comes out during printing and sometimes the pages look a little sloppy.

Excellent product.
We buy all of our office supplies from Staples, both online and in-store. We have both HP and Epson products and the store always has the ink and toner available.

This item is an expensive toner but it lasts a long time. We were out and needed one quickly and Staples delivered. It shipped and arrived within 2 days. Thanks for the quick service. Worth it
After purchasing this product we will never go back to using recycled cartidges. There is nothing like a genuine HP cartridge. The print clarity and quality is so much better. And the cartridge lasts much longer than recycled ones.

Best Bang for the Buck!
HP Toner is still the best toner to use..... Refills and off-brands do not work and do not compare to the quality of HP.
