Exactly what was needed delivered in a timely manner
This is exactly what was needed. OUr service contract ended so we no longer could get from our copier supplier --In swooped Staples to help!!!!

Staples has this product listed incorrectly. The two they sent were not for a Xerox XC830.

ITS THE ONLY ONE THAT
ITS THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL WORK IN THE COPIER. HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH PREVIOUS UNIT

I continue to but this product time and time again.
We have a Xerox machine that uses this product and we have tried the recycled etc. but this is the best.

XEROX C20 CopyCentre replacement drum
Its hard to comment on this product since its a replacement part that must be purchased. One interesting thing is that Staples has increased the price $10 since my last two purchases.

It does the job!
Sometimes the toner cassettes leak toner from the 'handle side' (what you hold when you put it in the copier)- dont' know why.

Great Buy
We use our xerox machine constantly and this toner lasts a long time. Very easy to replace and isn't messy.
