printer papeer
It constantly gets jammed in my printer or 2 to 3 sheets get fed at a time. I will remember not to buy this type again. I seem to waste more.

Product fine, shipping not
The products I received from Staples, including the Recycled 11" x 17" Copy Paper are fine. But the box was caved in because UPS - not their regular shipper - piled a case of paper ON TOP of the box that contained an ink jet cartridge and several reams of paper. Every ream in that box was torn open, some were slightly damaged.
Staples, go back to your previous carrier....

overpriced
The paper itself is fine. I am annoyed that when I put the paper in my cart it was priced at $9.34 a ream. I bought four because that would have been a fantastic price, but when my bill came in they were charged at $19.29 a piece. This also happened with the 8.5 x 14 reams I bought. Those were priced at $7.24 when I put them in my cart but I was charged $11.49 for each....
