I love your store and frequent it often. To my surprise yesterday evening I had a horrible encounter with one of your employees. I did talk to the manager about it today but I am still very un-happy. Southworth 25% Cotton Number 10 envelopes in Natural.
I love that the envelopes are higher quality with 25% cotton. They were at an incredible clearance price for a box of 250 envelopes. When I got to the checkout the scanned and rang up at half that clearance price. That convinced me to get a second box.

Southport paper and business envelopes
Paper and envelopes good quality. Both boxes damaged with paper bent in lower corners. Not happy about that. This is the second time this paper was damaged. The boxes were damaged prior to being packaged in the shipping boxes. Where is Staples quality control

Great envelopes for the copier
They work well when printing directly onto the envelope. We actually printed our logo (in color) on them and then put them in the print again later to print the mailing address on them. Very classy sturdy and the price is reasonable.

The envelopes arrived in good condition and are exactly what I need. They match the resume paper I purchased. I hope that Staples continues to offer these as they are difficult to find at other office supply stores.
