The only thing good was
The only thing good was that it got delivered; but, it took eight days sitting in Portland and several phone calls to force the delivery to get it to occur. Last time I deal with Staples on-line! Horrible service!!!

HP 45A black toner cartridge performs
Our office does an extreme amount of printing all day long from dusk till dawn. We ahve at least 5 HP printers/copiers in our office that we rely on. Our engineers depend on the copies coming out of the printer to be crisp and clean the first time. They do not have the time or energy or will to have to deal with changing out a bad cartridge or dealing with messy prints....
