Great for children!
My sonās school uses these and itās perfect for little children! No need for pencil sharpeners and just needs a twist. Iām also glad that Staples carries while some other big name stores donāt. Thank you!

Wonderful
Worked as intended and just super nice for toddlers learning to write. Donāt have to worry about sharpening them. Wish they were refillable and maybe not so brittle as some did break in the middle which would then lose you half the coloring since you canāt put it back in

Twistable Pencils

Have used this Crayola variety pencils for years... keep buying more
Colors I needed have been changed... Crayola apparently sells these as toys for children... cannot rely on items for consistency

Perfect
They are a little softer than regular colored pencils.
They move smoother on paper. Bought them specifically for a student I am tutoring in math. We are using graph paper to draw out problems. She colors them in with these pencils. Perfect for the task.

Great advance over sharpening
I use them for my Bible reading and highlighting different sections for different reasons, including extensive footnotes. These particular ones are soft and do no damage to the very fine paper of the Bible pages. I was very happy when I found them. They are used daily and last a very long time. I would highly recommend this product whenever color pencils are appropriate...

No sharpener needed
I admit I have not used these. I am shipping them to less fortunate children as part of a Christmas present. However, I am pleased with the looks of the pencils, and pleased that a sharpener is NOT needed. Having been an art teacher for 35 years, I am confident about the quality of Crayola art products.
