Even Less Ink Than Promised
Do not buy any printer that uses HP 21 ink. The cartridges cost over $15 each, even in multi-packs, and are only good for 100-150 pages of text (do not use for photos or they will only print 20-30 pages max).
As a result, my printer ink costs alone are over $1,000/year, even for light usage, and I need to reorder 4-packs at least every 3 weeks.

HP 21/22 Inkjet Print Cartridge Combo
I had to return the last cartridges I had ordered from you, because the color cartridge wasn't printing correctly. The color cartridge I received as a replacement isn't printing correctly either. Half of the color sections are printing purple and they shouldn't be purple. I'll find another place to purchase my cartridges from now on.

Printer doesn’t recognize cartridges
The printer won’t operate. It doesn’t recognize that we’ve installed new cartridges.It’s an older model but we have not had this problem before.

Don’t buy other brands - stick with HP!!
My sons are IT specialists - they have always warned me not to buy other brands. I’ve never had a problem with HP products.

The web site said the ink cartridge would be delivered by Wednesday and when I ordered it stated it would be delivered by Friday. I did get delivered by Tuesday.
