Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

HP driver Software
My HP All in one printer C6280 needs Adobe Flash Player. Which had ended Dec 31, 2020. I strongly believe you should update the drivers so my printer is fully functional. If not I will never buy any other device from HP.

Long time to fill a small order
Many attempts to fill the order. Glitches with website were resolved over weeks. The order was eventually placed, but the order was not process for weeks afterwards. It took about one month (give or take) from the successful placement of the order and receipt of the items (2 ink cartridges).

Brand new cartridges is only 3/4 full.
I just put the new cartridge in my printer, haven't used it yet and my print gauge shows it is only 3/4 full!

HP02 Cyan Ink Cartridge
HP 02 ink is hard to find in the Staple stores and doesn't last that long but serves the purpose if you are not doing alot of work that requires color. Very expensive for such small cartridges.

HP 02 Cyan Ink Cartridge
I've used these cartridges for years and even though they are whats required for my printer, I think they are priced rather high and the prices have gone up over the years yet you cna't even find them in the larger size anymore.

I have a rather old HP3210 All-in-one printer and have feared the day when the cartridges would not be available. When I didn't find them in the store, I was helped by a clerk to have them ordered and delivered to my home. Thank you for that service.

Easy to order straight from HP
I just received my HP Cyan Blue 02 cartridge just in time to replace the old one. It takes a little longer to arrive so do it ahead of time.

no ink
I bought a 7 pack last year. DIdn't need the blue till this year. Put in in and nothing. NO ink. I weighed them on a kitchen scale and told empty and new were about the same weight. Should have called right away. Had to get more.
