Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

I am so glad that I found your web site and that I could order separate color cartridges for my HP Photosmart copier. It is an older model (still working just great) and was unable to find separate color cartridges in the local stores. And if I bought the collection that is boxed up; I'd have more of the colors that would just get outdated. It was very frustrating!! And...

Not happy
When I recieved the ink cartridge and installed it. It was out of date and then I was able to print a handful of documents and then no more ink. Very dissapointed

Finally, cyan blue
The HP store was out of cyan blue for my C5180 printer when I checked in late December. I kept checking back and finally it was available the middle of January. I ordered it and got it on overnight priority January 29th. Now my printer is happy again and so am I.

The HP02 ink cartridges print fantastic photos.
My HP Photosmart All-In-One printer uses HP02 ink cartridges to print terrific color reprints and photos.

Last 3 dark blue hp02 cartridlges didi not work
purchased 2 more form hp direct one did not work finally the 4 th cartridge did not show empty did you have a bad batch?

HP Photosmart all in one does it all
I purchased my HP Photosmart all in one printer when I had my own business. I loved it. It did everything I needed. It's an ink tank cartridge , what do you say about an ink tank ? I have always bought the original HP replacement tanks and never had any problems, I do a lot of printing of photos and they come out great. These are the ones that fit my photo printer and work well , one tank last a long time. That's it ...

It is difficult to find my printer # in the store.
Since I can't find in stores I have to order from HP. I like when my printer tells me when I need ink or the ink is old. I order from HP and the prices,I think, are less expensive. With my social security and retirement I have to watch my spending. Great company to deal with.
