Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

Bad cartridge
Not sure what's wrong with it. Either it's expired or there isn't any ink in it or it's just a defective cartridge. But it won't print. It allows the printer to print, but prints in all the other colors but that one making it unreadable and unusable. I think an updated printer is on our horizon.

Just what I needed and prompt service!
It is hard to find the needed ink cartridges for my HP printer as it is no longer considered a new model. So happy that I am able to purchase online at HP and they give prompt service.

Great product fast delivery right from the source
Hard to find these in many retail locations, but they are readily available here and the delivery was fast! All my future ink shopping is going to be direct from HP store!

Perfect fit
Perfect fit and quick delevery. Kinda pricey but I guess it's OEM. I bought it to be I don't have printing issues later.

Beautiful color
